Provision of Catering

The primary objective of the Contract is to provide Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service with 10 different Lots of Catering. Lot 1- Phoenix at Sunderland Central Fire Station Catering Requirements. Lot 2- Phoenix at Tynemouth Community Fire Station Catering Requirements. Lot 3- Phoenix at Byker Community Fire Station Catering Requirements. Lot 4- Phoenix at West Denton Community Fire Station Catering Requirements. Lot 5- Phoenix at Gosforth Community Fire Station Catering Requirements. Lot 6- Phoenix at Sunderland Central Fire Station Final Presentation Buffet Requirements. Lot 7- Phoenix at Tynemouth Community Fire Station Final Presentation Buffet Requirements. Lot 8- Phoenix at Byker Community Fire Station Final Presentation Buffet Requirements. Lot 9- Phoenix at West Denton Community Fire Station Final Presentation Buffet Requirements. Lot 10- Phoenix at Gosforth Community Fire Station Final Presentation Buffet Requirements Tenderers may submit a tender for all lots or one single lot. Each lot will be evaluated separately.
