A principle main contractor is sort for works consisting of the conversion of a factory unit to a school for Channeling Positivity on behalf of the Education Funding Agency (EFA). The works include removal of existing internal walls, creation of new rooms by construction of new partition walls and construction of a mezzanine floor. The installation of a staircase and lift system and new kitchen and servery.
