Repairs & Maintenance Services (RMS) - Framework for Internal and External Alterations - Aids and Adaptations (CRN/2026/176)

Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Repairs and Maintenance Service's department are looking to appoint up to three contractors to carry out the internal and external alterations to Council owned properties withing the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent. The works will include (but are not limited to), level access showers, bathroom alterations, kitchen alterations, door widening, handrail installation and ramped access to properties. The JCT 2024 Measure Term Contract will be for four years, with an anticipated start date of October 2026.
