Description
The City of York Council (the "Council") wishes to appoint a maximum of five (5) Providers, under a new Framework Agreement, to ensure the provision of highway maintenance gangs / operatives, comprising labour, vehicle, and appropriate plant and equipment, to work independently on highway maintenance tasks. This will supplement in-house Highway Maintenance Gang resources during periods when the Council faces additional demand.
