PHE_Scientific_(Agency Wide)_Automated Liquid Handling Robot Platforms

Under PHE Microbiology Framework Lot 1 Diagnostics, Public Health England following a mini-competition; have awarded contract for the provision of automated liquid handling robot platforms to Tecan UK in partnership with BioConnections. The purchase of the liquid handling robots is to aid with the sample splitting and aliquoting of liquids. This award supports the work of the various laboratories within the PHE organisation by establishing a fully automated system to perform broth micro dilution processes, viral assays, sample aliquoting procedures and in addition to the liquid handling robotic functionality.
