Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) Feasibility Study Consultancy Services

This appointment is to make an initial assessment of feasibility on a range of development options following the collation of inputs from key stakeholders at two one-day workshops: 1. Retain the current building and carry out extensive alterations, refurbishment and extensions with enhanced site extents. 2. Build a new Conference Centre on the current site with enhanced site extents. 3. Build a new Conference Centre on a different site. The appointed lead consultant will work closely with the Project Team to produce a robust, well researched and imaginative report (RIBA Stages 0 & 1) in the timeline laid down within this brief. The work must be of sufficient detail to allow BCP Council to choose an option to progress into RIBA Stage2.
