Culcheth, Chapelford & Appleton Alternative Medcial Provider Services

North of England Commissioning support (NECS) is a commissioning support service hosted by NHS England and is managing this procurement process for and on behalf of NHS England Cheshire & Merseyside (The Contracting Authority) NHS England are accountable for the provision of Alternative Provider Medical Services(APMS) in the Cheshire and Merseyside area and are proposing to commission 3 separate APMS practices under two lots.Lot 1 is for APMS currently provided from Culcheth Primary Care Centre Jackson Ave, Culcheth, Warrington WA3 4DZLot 2 is for APMS currently provided from Chapelford Primary care Centre Burtonwood Rd, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3AN and Appleton Primary Care Centre 45 Dudlow Green Rd, Appleton, Warrington WA3 4DZ.
