Description
North East Lincolnshire council have commissioned the delivery of Pharmacy Advice, Contraception and Testing (ACT) within the borough under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 - Direct Award Process B. The contract enables pharmacies to provide testing, advice and contraception with the aim to improve sexual health outcomes in young people between the age of 15 -24 years old. The contract will give North East Lincolnshire residents access to Pregnancy Testing, Chlamydia Testing (home testing kits) , Information, Advice and Guidance , Condoms , C-card scheme 6 Pharmacies have been awarded an individual contract to deliver the Pharmacy ACT service . The service will be contracted for a period of 36 months from 1st Oct 2025 to 30th September 2028. The contract value is approximately £18,000 over the 36month period. It is not possible to accurately state the exact value as the Pharmacy services are demand led. The contract awards have been made following direct award process B under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR)
