RCUK - Unconscious Bias Training

UK Shared Business Services Ltd as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a contract for Research Councils UK. The requirement entails training of Staff in the area of Unconscious Bias. The majority of RCUK investment is judged by peer review but there are other key decision making areas where bias might occur for example in recruitment & selection, individual promotion interviews etc. The Research Councils UK (RCUK) are thus aiming to create a culture of bias-free decision making through raising the awareness of Unconscious Bias.
