Description
The Contractor shall provide detailed and dimensioned Builder's work information in the form of drawings. The drawings shall be submitted for approval in principle and issued as working drawings. The information shall cover all other structural and similar work necessary for the proper execution of the works. Information shall be provided on holes through walls, floors and ceilings, chases in walls and floors and the building in (to the main structure, false ceiling or partition (of brackets, supports, accessories. The works should include, but may not be restricted to the following items: - A) Installation of new lateral main supply to each dwelling B) Installation of new Ryfield board C) Installation of new containment D) Installation of new landlord board E) Installation of correct fuse ratings F) Inspection and testing of new lateral, landlord and dwelling electrical system G) Inspecting and ensuring adequate main and supplementary bonding to each dwelling to conform to BS 7671. H) Provision of adequate earthing arrangement in each dwelling. I) Ensure dwelling conforms to BS 7671
