Brief Description of Requirement The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS); Office for Product Safety and Standards is the appointed market surveillance authority, responsible for enforcing the Eco-design and Energy Labelling Regulations within the UK. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
