Description
The University of Birmingham invites tenders for the supply of Biorepository, Archiving and Retrieval services for clinical trial samples within the United Kingdom. The Bio storage service will be required to support the University Of Birmingham, Cancer Research Clinical Trials Unit in managing the receipt, storage, retrieval and distribution of a variety of clinical trial samples. The laboratory should hold a valid Human Tissue Authority (HTA) license. Compliance with Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) and applicable regulatory requirements is desirable. Overall budget for the entire project is is up to £520 000.00 excluding VAT. This project may be funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) or; - European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) or; - Research Councils UK (RCUK), the strategic partnership of the UK's seven Research Councils.
