The DES CSS/SALMO department has a requirement to establish a 5-year Framework Agreement (FA) with a Commercial Ship Broker (CSB) to provide the following services to MOD UK (DES Ships Commercial); 1. Spot Market Vessel and Tonnage Chartering Support, world-wide, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day 2. Market Intelligence and Data Analysis, worldwide, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day 3. Training and Continuing Professional Development of personnel
