The College is seeking a cloud based solution for HR and Payroll, to include but not be limited to self service portal for staff/managers, organisational structures, reporting and analytics, performance management, multiple working patterns, holiday management, workflow approval, be HMRC compliant in regard PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, Court OrdersSalary Sacrifice, End of Year and P60 P11D productions in addition to ability to integrate with other systems.
