Fareham NW vision- L&C aspect

The Council is seeking a consultant team to deliver the project. The full specification is in Appendix B. Parties can either apply to deliver both phases or just one. It is not guaranteed that both phases will be awarded to the same supplier. Therefore, all parties will need to demonstrate that they could effectively work in partnership with another applicant to ensure both elements are delivered seamlessly and to the Council's satisfaction.
