Digital Business Support Alpha

BEIS require a multidisciplinary team to deliver the alpha for the Digital Business Support services. The aim of alpha is to join local, national and international support offered to businesses to grow. During alpha we will develop and test prototypes to improve signposting to existing and new content and personalise the customer journey for business users. Key outputs will be: • Agreement of what would constitute a minimum viable product • Development of prototypes for a diagnostic and triage functionality which provides users with a range of online advice and support to meet their needs, depending on how they answer set questions. This will help users to easily find what they need, particularly if they are unsure of what support is available in the first instance. The information provided will seek to join up local, domestic and export advice and support.
