National Framework for Refit and Refurbishment Solutions 23

The Red Kite Learning Trust are looking to establish a framework of Contractors for refit and refurbishment contracts within the UK for a four year term. The framework will cover, but is not limited to, refurbishment and refit requirements. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public-sector bodies, including but not limited to: Schools, Academies, Further Education & Universities Local Authorities NHS Blue Light Independent and Private Schools Social Housing Organisations Etc. The framework will also be made available for use by the private sector. The framework is divided into five main Lots by value band: o Lot 1 ?50,000 to ?500,000 o Lot 2 over ?500,000 to ?1,000,000 o Lot 3 over ?1,000,000 to ?5,000,000 o Lot 4 over ?5,000,000 to ?15,000,000 o Lot 5 over ?15,000,000
