Cisco Enterprise Agreement for the Police Forces of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. Provision of an Enterprise Agreement (EA) to cover the licencing of Cisco infrastructure within the Police Forces of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. This is a 5-year agreement awarded using the HeathTrust Europe ICT Solutions 3 framework. The contract value is based on the Force's initial requirements. Infrastructure changes may dictate variations in this contract in line with those revised requirements. The contract cost may vary annually as new products are added to the agreement or obsolete products are replaced as outlined within the Mini-Competition tender document, permissible under PCR2015, Regulation 72(1)(a). These variations are limited to £575,000 over the duration of the agreement. The commercial aspect of this will be managed separately to the arrangement for the initial agreement.
