Cressex Community School - School Catering Services

Cressex Community School is an oversubscribed foundation school with 750 pupils on roll. The School is tendering its school catering services and seeking a partner who will also maximise use of the 'hub' central production facility. In addition to daily service provision, the school has a production 'hub' kitchen currently producing in excess of 900 meals per day. Please note that the current delivered school meals contracts that are currently serviced from the facility do not form part of this procurement excercise- it is for the successful bidder to develop its own delivered meals business The successful contractor will be able to use of the kitchen as a production facility to facilitate other contractor school meals business with the agreement of the Authorised Officer and a payment to the School for use of the facility
