Bespoke Timber Manufacture

This waiver is requested to enable the award of a contract for the works of the seating and cladding for the stairs and lift areas, from a bespoke manufacturer to ensure all cladding matches the shop fronts, therefore, the contract for these works need to be completed NK Joinery the contracted provider for the shop fronts of the Corn Exchange is essential to maintain continuity as part of the Corn Exchange refurbishment. This is time limited grant funding and failure to award these works immediately may risk claw back from the grant funder.
