Description
Rochdale Borough Council currently operate several managed office spaces for use by third party companies and individuals. Telephony costs are provided and recharged back to the organisation using these facilities. The current provision (Panasonix) at Globe House is coming to end of life and in need of replacement. It is hoped that whatever solution is sourced could be rolled out across all current and future managed office spaces.\r \r Following an initial market engagement exercise during the start of 2022, the Council are seeking to appoint a supplier, based on their refined requirements, to facilitate a telephony service whilst providing flexibility of approach, adaptability for our end users and easier management and operational reporting.\r \r The information within this document should provide the scope by which the Council seeks to evaluate the quality of the tenders submitted against their specific requirements. Bidders should read this information carefully to ensure that they have correctly understood the specific requirements and are able to deliver to the required standards set out.\r \r This request is for the provision of services for Estates Managed Workplaces and is NOT an invitation for telephony services and conferencing solutions used elsewhere in the Council.\r
