Description
The purpose and aim of this tender process is to have a fit for purpose payroll and pension provision which makes efficiencies in the running costs of payroll and pensions administration and improves levels of service, for example in accuracy and query resolution. - It is expected that the new services will help us achieve: - Improved processes efficiency and reduction in manual administrative tasks - Improved ease of reporting - Improved compliance - Accuracy and consistency - minimising error rate in relation to payroll - Synergy: improved communication among HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT through effective workflows which will result in the streamlining of processes - Improved access for employees to relevant information though self-service, so that many of the queries that come into payroll will reduce, e.g. expenses or benefits related queries in future could now be easily answered in a timely manner.
