One Housing invites tenders from interested parties to provide a Solution and Services to deliver a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution. The Solution will be based upon cloud technology through Software as a Service (SaaS), and will be integrated with One Housing's existing systems infrastructure. The Supplier implementing the Solution will work with the One Housing as a valued partner during the Contract term and will work with One Housing to configure and customise the Solution accordingly.
