Technical Assistance (TA) Services - to the Kenya Railways (under the central coordination of the Office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Ministry of Transport). TA support on Governance and Project Cycle Management to ensure the project can progress and achieve the full economic value of the Railway City project.
