Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Layer 3 Wide Area Network

Rochdale Borough Council is one of the local authorities in the Greater Manchester region. It is seeking to establish a Connectivity Framework to deliver Layer 3 Wide Area Network facilities for itself and other authorities and organisations in the Greater Manchester area. The Contract will initially be for 3 years with an option to extend up to a further 2 years on an annual basis.
