Service Design and Delivery Partner - Commission Futures Programme

The Service Design and Delivery Supplier will lead on the requirements (Business Analysis, User Research), scoping (Product Management, Service Design), delivery (Project and Programme management), and architecture of the three-year Transformation Programme. For year 1 this includes the completion of discovery alpha phases. Later years will take these discovery and alpha phases through into alpha and beta and into live. The Supplier will work with other suppliers and collaborate with CCEW in the management of those suppliers to deliver end-to-end transformation for CCEW. The contract includes an optional 12 month extension.
