The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) is planning to transform the 12-hectare University Gate development site in Cirencester, in to a mixed-use Innovation Village. The RAU is seeking to procure project management support, initially until 31st March 2024, to coordinate the development of the project up to completion of RIBA Stage 3 and achieving full planning consent.
