Description
The Estate Support Service is an integrated unit providing a full range of maintenance services to Newcastle University. The service includes responsibility for the provision and maintenance of all The University Fire Damper Systems by providing the following services: - • Annual Monitoring and Maintenance Programme; • Creation and maintenance of an accurate asset register; • Maintenance of Existing Risk Assessments and Provision of New Risk Assessments as requested; • Records maintenance, including upload relevant data to the "Records for Buildings - Larss system". • Additional remedial works as identified by planned inspections. The award is a call-off from the LHC/CPC (Consortium Procurement Construction) FS1-P Passive Fire Safety Framework.
