Description
HHT Development Ltd have procured Employers Agent services in relation to the construction of 33 new build flats (16 x 1 bed, 17 x 2 bed) for affordable rent at Sewell Street. Anticipated practical completion for the works is 23rd January 2024. The employers agent services are expected to end by 23rd January 2025. A direct award call-off contract was procured via Lot C1a of the ICN framework. Contracts Finder requires a tender closing date and time. For the purpose of the Contracts Finder form only, this has been entered as 10/03/2022 as this was the date before the contract was awarded. For clarity a tender process was not held.
