Destination Tourism Growth & Management Plan for the CotswoldsPlus Local visitor economy partnership

This contract is required to develop a single, comprehensive growth and management plan for the CotswoldsPlus LVEP area, aligned with national, regional and local priorities. The plan must be: • evidence‑led and underpinned by robust, up‑to‑date data • shaped through meaningful engagement with stakeholders, communities and businesses • focused on sustainable growth, place stewardship and long‑term resilience The plan will provide a shared strategic foundation to guide investment, policy alignment and partnership working, ensuring the visitor economy continues to contribute positively to economic growth, community wellbeing and environmental sustainability.
