Description
North Northamptonshire Council invites quotations for the provision of consultancy support to carry out a Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) as part of the preparation of the North Northamptonshire Local Plan. The HRA Report should be written to provide a comprehensive narrative and a non-technical summary. These should be suitable for external publication as supporting documentation for the plans. Can demonstrate suitable expertise and qualifications in the specialist areas Establishes a close working relationship with the Project Contact and other lead officers of the Councils project teams and maintains regular communication throughout the process. This will ensure an inclusive and informed approach to the appraisal(s). Can work within tight deadlines. Has previous experience of working with relevant stakeholders and statutory consultees, notably Natural England. Is good at record keeping, demonstrating audit trails, and creating logs. Has capability to review multiple changing drafts under short timescales. Can respond to changing legislation or circumstances.
