Learning Disability Supported Living Tenancies- Grafton Street & Stockport Road-West

This tender is for two contracts for the provision of support across two distinct supported living tenancy services: Service A - Existing Tenancy: A well-established supported living scheme comprising 11 individual self-contained flats, currently occupied by tenants with varying levels of need. Service B - New Shared Tenancy: A newly developed shared accommodation for five young adult females transitioning into adulthood.
