Description

In line with the Children and Families Act and SEND Code of Practice 2014, the London Borough of Hillingdon is required to commission the services of an independent mediation and dispute resolution service. The contract commenced on 1 April 2026 for an initial period of six months, with the option to extend up to a further six months. It was awarded to ensure continuity of SEND mediation services while a competitive tender process is undertaken.
