Cashless Parking Payment System

Torbay Council led a collaborative procurement to implement and operate a cashless parking payment service across nine other Authorities in the county of Devon. This is the resultant Torbay Contract. With this collaborative approach, the majority of Authority parking within Devon will be covered under this procurement to ensure customers are not required to register with several different providers as they travel throughout Devon.
