The scope of works comprises the refurbishment of an existing single-floor office accommodation, including but not limited to strip out of existing elements, installation of new partitions and internal doors/screens, mechanical and electrical works, internal finishes, and provision of fixed furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE).
