ISO 9001 & 55001 Audit & Certification Service

This is a soft market engagement exercise. Leicestershire County Council is seeking responses to our market engagement questionnaire, from ISO 9001 and ISO 55001 audit and certification service providers. Background Information: The Environment and Transport department (E&T) of Leicestershire County Council (LCC) has two ISO Standards with 3-year certification. ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO55001 Asset Management. The scope for both standards are currently aligned together and are audited 2-3 times a year. They cover the Policies, Planning & Programming of asset maintenance & new works and the Operational Delivery of such works for Leicestershire Highways Assets (Carriageways, Footways, Structures, Street Lights, Signals, Drainage etc). This is not a call for competition. The Council would like responses to the questionnaire from providers to further shape the councils requirement and to gauge interest in the opportunity. It is anticipated that a request for quotation will follow in February 2025 via this portal.
