TENDER FOR THE MAIN HEATING PLANT REPLACEMENT PROJECT AT THE EASTLANDS OFFICE BUILDING BASINGSTOKE

Eastlands office building is situated on the junction between London Road and New Road, a short distance from the Council Offices and Town Centre. The property was constructed in the mid 1990's,and is a steel frame, brickwork building with an artificial slate covered pitch roof and consists of a 2-storey office building of approximately 2000M² with ground floor office areas which includes a main reception link building which also accommodates circulation areas and stairs leading to the first floor of the main block.
