Supply, installation, and commissioning of a Mass Spectrometer

Supply, installation and commissioning of a mass spectrometer or combination of mass spectrometers and appropriate coupled nano/cap flow LC equipment (at least one per mass spectrometer), is required by the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. Instrumentation should be suitable for mass spectrometry analysis of a range of biomolecules with an emphasis on oligonucleotides, peptides, proteins, both alone and in complex mixtures. This exercise was only open to suppliers on the following framework agreement: Lot 5 of APUC Agreement ref. LAB1016AP for the Supply of Mass Spectrometry and Chromatography Equipment.
