SSQ-20821 - COVER (across all RFL sites) This Service Agreement is to provide remote support from HealthNetConnections Head Office. Service Desk is available from 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. All support calls logged and tracked on HealthNetConnections CRM system with unique incident number. Product updates released with full release notes. Access to training throughout the year from HealthNetConnections. Engineer call outs if required to be determined by Service Desk. Optional additional amount for out of hours/weekends software updates. This entitles you to a maximum of 2 software updates out of hours or at a weekend at no additional charge. 3 year fixed service contract @£20,552.29 per annum. This amount to be paid in 3 equal amounts annually in advance of contract renewal. £20,552.29 to be paid each year on or before 1st January 2016, 2017 and 2018
