Pharmacy Services for Intermediate Care Beds to Milton Grange Home and Day Centre

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by end of 10 June 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.' The key decision makers reasons for selecting the chosen provider were that the service provider is the incumbent who is very experienced and qualified and has performed satisfactorily during the current contract. The key criteria was prioritised as below, with the most important at the top: 1. quality and innovation 2. value 3. integration, collaboration and service sustainability 4. improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 5. social value It was deemed not appropriate to weight the key criteria for a direct award due to the lack of competition No conflicts of interest were identified. Pharmacists working on the contract are required to hold relevant professional qualifications and accreditations with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
