Consultancy for the development of crematoria in Bradford

A four stage approach (with break clause after each stage) for the delivery of CBMDC's Bereavement Strategy in relation to its crematoria: Stage 1: Feasibility study of 5 identified new sites for 2 new crematoria up to RIBA stage 2. Detailed design and tender for the refurbishment of one existing crematorium. Budget estimates for the refurbishment of the further 2 existing crematoria. Provide specialist advice on all aspects of the delivery of the Bereavement Strategy particularly the cremation process. Stage 2: Develop detailed design and prepare tender documents for 2 new crematoria to RIBA stage 4. Deliver refurbishment of an existing crematorium. Stage 3: Deliver first new crematoria to P/C. Stage 4: Deliver second new crematoria to P/C.
