Description

Red Kite's IT infrastructure currently comprises hardware principally co-located in their current MSP's datacentre, with some on-site at Red Kite's Head Office in High Wycombe. Red Kite also has dedicated communications line to the current MSP's primary and secondary datacentres and takes a number of other services as part of the managed services provision.This contract encompasses two areas - the transition from the current to the new managed service provision and the ongoing managed services provision.The ongoing service will include:- Private cloud hosting;- Backup and disaster recovery;- Full Service Desk provision, including an on-site resource at RK's Head Office;- Systems monitoring;- Support for infrastructure components and triage for 1st line and 2nd line issues across all subjects; and- Penetration testing.
