UK SBS RE17061 Sony SY3200 Cell Sorter and Eclipse EC800 Analyzer Servicing and Maintenance Contract

This Service Agreement includes full cover for our Sony SY3200 instruments, Eclipse analyser, computer workstations as well as the compressors and vacuum pumps this ensures that these instruments operate at optical performance and without any downtime which is critical to our work at LMB • One Preventative Maintenance Inspection per year • All labour, travel expenses and parts (including lasers) • Software revisions that are released during the term of the Service Agreement provided no hardware upgrades are required. • Additional training can be provided are requested (including at the preventative maintenance inspection) • Unlimited telephone support for instruments and Sony proprietary software • Unlimited on-site service support by a qualified Sony technician when required • Telephone response time (remote support) within 24 hours of a placed service call • On-site response time within 48-72 hours after the decision that on-site support is required by a qualified technician
