Participation

The Council does not require audited accounts or insurance cover prior to contract award; however, the successful supplier must provide proof of adequate public liability insurance before contract commencement.
Tenderers must demonstrate technical capability to provide water and wastewater services across multiple sites. This includes experience in account management, consolidated billing, and compliance with regulatory standards. Equivalent qualifications, certifications, or industry standards will be accepted where appropriate.
