Renewal Service Contract for 24 work station CLAMS system from Linton Instrumentation

We require a 60 month Platinum Option service contract for servicing and maintaining our 24 work station CLAMS (Columbus Instruments Comprehensive Lab Animal Monitoring System) System. The instrument requires a platinum option service contract so that necessary parts are covered within the cost, the call outs will be dealt with expediently, providing remote assistance. All software upgrades available throughout the service. We require manufacturer-trained engineers to service the instrument and to meet our service specifications.
