Description
Cumberland Council invites tenders for an Architect-led multidisciplinary design team to deliver the Egremont FRLS project from RIBA Stage 4-7. The successful bidder will be required to provide all the services set out in this tender; Design consultant/ Architect, landscape architect, Cost Consultant, Structural Engineer, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer, Principal Designer and Contract Administrator. All consultants shall provide the services to at least the standard of the recognised professional body to which they belong or which governs the services provided. The project will be completed in phases corresponding to the relevant RIBA stages. The project will deliver town centre regeneration in Egremont through high-quality built environment and public realm improvements.
