External Historic Building repairs and restoration work to 123-127 Church Street, Stoke, ST4 1DB

The owner of 123-127 Church Street wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake the historic restoration works to the external elevation of the building (church Street ground floor façade). Works will include the replacement of glazing, new traditional shop frontage and reinstatement of the ceramic lions. Work will be part funded by the Stoke HSHAZ project (Historic England/Stoke-on-Trent City Council).
