Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Service for Air Source Heat Pumps (Leisure Centres)

North Yorkshire Council have a stock of 5 Leisure Centres, these are in Stokesley, Knaresborough, Harrogate, Northallerton and Bedale. Each Leisure Centre has an industrial Air Source Heat Pump. The Authority requires a 5 Year Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Contract. The Aim of this contract is to keep our equipment in optimal condition; ensure the provision of chilled water as required. Ensure any issues are identified and resolved quickly before any damage or failure occurs, reducing any unplanned downtime.
