Digital Care based support software system

Currently all in-house services complete paper records for documentation such as support plans, risk assessments, and medication MAR sheets we are seeking to implement a system to reduce paperwork, and work in a greener more environmentally friendly manner. Digital care systems support efficiency and ensure only authorised individuals have access as required. Documents being available supports quicker response times to detailed information, real time information can be updated, supports to minimise risks such as medication errors, dehydration and missed calls/visits (community based). This will also improve security, privacy, GDPR, automatic back up, cloud-based security, confidentiality, and services can share and compare data to improve support. CDC are carrying out market engagement to help with the procurement process.
