EBC/AJ/Basic Land & Property Unit (BLPU) Extent Capture Project 2019 - AWARD

Main purpose of the project is for a consultant to complete the capture of spatial data relating to BLPU extents and historic planning applications on behalf of Elmbridge Borough Council. The project is around 80% complete to date and remaining sites will require interrogation and interpretation of source data to define and capture the BLPU extent and planning application boundaries for properties and sites dating from 1930 to present. Data will be captured using QGIS and loaded into the corporate Northgate LLPG and planning systems on completion.
